eXploratory Modelling (xM©) is a revolutionary effective method for generating a complete and comprehensive set of requirements for any business (sub-) domain transformation.
One of the observations we made in the many projects and programs we were involved in is a structural undervaluing of requirements management. This simple method helps in tackling that issue. We also provide a tool, the xM Toolbox, which is an application that we developed for free for all participants in this course.
