About this course

Modelling processes in a way that is standardised and therefore easier to maintain is essential in modern business. You need a standardised language, supported by tools,  and with trained available people. This is also required by  regulators.

There is no alternative: BPMN!

In this course you learn how to work effectively with BPMN™ (Business Process Model and Notation). But that is not all! You will also learn about different domain standards (Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN), Business Motivation Model (BMM) and Business Process Maturity Model (BPMM)) but also how to apply these in practice.

This course covers the conformance requirements for the official  BPM 2 Fundamental exam from OMG. This exam is not part of this training, and if you want to be able to call yourself a certified expert in business process management you can book this separately with Pearson VUE.

    • the syllabus. This is an e-book of 300 pages with all slides and additional information, also containing the answers to the exercises, a lot of examples, and an extensive practice test
